As one hybrid precision member of ZLY connector lineup, this model adopts partitioned insert layout with different-diameter pins. Modified PEEK insulator physically separates power and signal channels to eliminate electromagnetic crosstalk induced by high-current loads. Its CNC-machined shell is made of black-chrome coated brass while lock accessories use nickel-plated brass, and low-temperature cured special sealant filled inside limits gas leakage down to 10⁻⁶mbar·l/s for wiring inside vacuum chambers and pressure-resistant instruments. Gold-plated tin bronze is adopted for all conductive components; finished products pass rigorous reliability tests including 96h neutral salt spray, alternating damp heat and 300g instantaneous shock, supporting over 5000 stable mating cycles. The integrated full-perimeter shielding ring brings graded EMI attenuation: 75dB shielding efficiency at 10MHz and 40dB at 1GHz. Electric specifications differ per pin dimension: 2A for Φ0.5mm pins and 7A for Φ0.7mm counterparts, with 900V AC rated withstand voltage and ≥5000MΩ insulation resistance. Stable performance is guaranteed within -55℃~125℃ and ≤95%RH @60℃ without parameter drift. Its multi-circuit integrated design replaces scattered discrete connectors to save cabinet wiring space, and customized pin assignment & cable outlet are available according to clients’ PCB drawing and panel opening dimension.
Ten power plus two signal pins are integrated inside one single insert to replace separate power and signal connectors, cutting internal installation space and simplifying harness routing for lightweight and compact optoelectronic equipment development.
Full mated connector meets IP68 rating against temporary submersion and dust intrusion, while internal customized potting realizes ultra-low gas leakage at 10⁻⁶mbar·l/s for inert-gas sealed cabins and vacuum inspection instruments requiring strict airtightness.
