TGA.1M.7100.XL mini push-pull single-mode fiber fixed socket is specially customized for security & defense, UAV pod, binocular and monocular optical observation equipment, with core enhancement of vibration resistance and structural stability. Equipped with SC single-mode fiber contact configuration, it achieves insertion loss below 0.3dB and return loss above 50dB to ensure low-loss and high-fidelity transmission of optical signals. The product withstands 15g broadband vibration and 300g instantaneous shock, reaches IP67 waterproof and dustproof grade in mated state, adopts white silica gel potting seal, resists 60bar environmental pressure and 96-hour salt spray corrosion. Operating temperature ranges from -40℃ to 70℃, and it tolerates up to 95% humidity at 60℃. The integrated shielding structure provides 75dB shielding effectiveness at 10MHz and 40dB at 1GHz to resist complex electromagnetic interference. The housing is made of gun color plated aluminum alloy, contacts are gold-plated tin bronze, other metal parts are nickel-plated brass, insulator is high-temperature resistant PPS. Mechanical mating life reaches more than 2000 cycles. Equipped with multi-angle positioning keys and color ring marks, it realizes quick anti-misinsertion docking.
